1. If you wish to cancel your order:
- You may notify us at customerservice@regaloshop.net before the goods are dispatched; or
- In the event of dispatched and received goods, the items may be returned in accordance to the conditions stated in clause 2.
2. Any ordered goods may be returned with full refund within 7 days since the date of purchase along with its receipt. The returning cost will be paid for by the party who wishes to cancel the order.
3. Refund will be given upon the return of the cancelled goods in full amount or exchange credit depending on the requirements of the transaction.
4. Cancellation of orders is null and void in the event of the following:
- Damaged or used product.
- Customized product as based on the customer’s descriptions and requirements.
5. In the event of damaged goods due to postage handling, please notify us at customerservice@regaloshop.net. Make sure to attach a photo of the damaged article and the box it was sent in. We will contact you if you are eligible for a refund.
6. For delayed orders particularly in Italy, Greece, Spain, and places outside the metropolitan area, please refer to your local post office where packages are usually placed on hold. Do not forget to bring the provided tracking number and a copy of your Regalo Shop e-mail order.
